These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Octokube. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and teams

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

A Free account is for a single operator. Adding team members moves the team to a paid Pro plan, billed per seat.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed per active seat on a recurring basis. You can add or remove seats, and changes are reflected in your billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it in ways not permitted by these terms or applicable law.

4. Your clusters and data

You retain all rights to the clusters you connect and the data they contain. You are responsible for the access you grant within your team.

5. Intellectual property

Octokube and its software, trademarks, and content remain the property of Octokube and its licensors.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octokube is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
