This page explains what cluster and account data Octokube accesses and how it is used.

1. What we access

The agent streams the resource state Octokube needs to render your clusters — such as workloads, nodes, and events — along with the account information required to operate your team.

2. How we use it

Cluster data is used to power the app’s features for you and your team. It is processed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your cluster contents to train models without your explicit consent.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect a cluster or delete your account, after which associated data is removed in line with our retention practices.

5. Subprocessors

We use a limited set of service providers to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

6. Your controls

You choose which clusters are connected and who on your team can access them. You can revoke access or remove clusters at any time.
